FormFill is a pure frontend micro-SaaS that automates the painful process of copying data from Excel into PDF forms. Powered by pdf-lib, it parses the Excel file, maps the data to your PDF fields, and generates a .zip file of filled PDFs entirely in the browser.
Extreme privacy (data never leaves your device) and zero server computing costs.
Description
FormFill is a 100% client-side micro-SaaS designed to automate the painful process of manually filling out PDF forms. It uses data from your Excel spreadsheet to populate PDF textboxes instantly, right within your browser. You can drag fields onto any PDF template, upload your data sheet, map the columns, and generate hundreds of completed PDFs in a single click, all packaged into a neat .zip file.
Problem Solved
Existing PDF automation tools require you to upload your sensitive PDFs and spreadsheet data to their third-party cloud servers. This poses a massive privacy risk for documents containing sensitive data like employee details, financial invoices, contracts, or government forms. FormFill solves this by running entirely locally via pdf-lib. Data never leaves the user's browser, maximizing privacy and security while frictionless automation (no sign-up required).
