New UI and first payed feature

Hey, I wasn't really active on PeerPush but a lot happened on IndieAppCircle in the meantime. There is now a completely new UI with easier navigation and there is a new feature where you pay once and are then able to request a test-for-test with other apps. You basically sign a contract that you will test another person's app if they test yours in exchange.

Just added public app pages

You can now click on an app in the feed and get to a full page of the app. There you can see more details about how much feedback the app received and how many of them were accepted. Also you can comment there and share the page to people outside of IndieAppCircle. Excited to hear your feedback!
