About iSchedulEDU
Are you an elementary teacher who dreads last-minute schedule changes and the headache of recalculating equal class periods? iSchedulEDU is here to help. Designed with elementary educators in mind—and flexible enough for some middle school teams—this app takes the stress out of adjusting your daily schedule. Whether you’re planning for MAP testing, RTI days, grade-level parties, 4-H events, assemblies, or some last minute interruption, iSchedulEDU instantly creates balanced class periods with just a couple of taps, so you can keep focusing on your students. In many elementary schools, students rotate among their grade-level teachers for core subjects, except during their fixed elective (specials) period, which can’t be moved because it’s tied to the master schedule. When unexpected interruptions or schedule changes pop up, teachers often have to quickly divide up the remaining time by hand—carefully working around that unchangeable elective slot. This process can be tedious and stressful, especially when time is tight. iSchedulEDU is designed to take that hassle off your plate. It’s not a full schedule management system, but a practical tool for teachers who need to manage alerts and multiple schedules—whether you’re following a planned routine or need to generate a new, balanced schedule on the fly. With iSchedulEDU, you can instantly create equal class periods that fit around your specials, saving you time and letting you focus on your students. What Teachers Are Saying: "As a teacher, schedule disruptions are inevitable—whether it's an assembly, a special program, or testing, something always seems to throw off our regular routine. I would normally manually adjust our schedule on paper, making sure time was divided equally among four classes. But I can do it much more quickly with the app. The interface is user-friendly, allowing me to quickly input available time and the number of classes, and it automatically generates an alternate schedule that makes sense for everyone. I highly recommend for teachers juggling multiple classes and frequent schedule changes!” KEY FEATURES: • Instant equal-period schedule generation • Custom schedules with fixed events (lunch, electives) • A/B day rotation support • Visual timeline view • Automatic period transition alerts • Schedule sharing via Web Link, QR Codes, PDF, or plain text • iPad and iPhone compatible

1.8.0 - bug fixes and analytics
I’ve been working on the app a bit and found/fixed a few bugs and added analytics to my app at the suggestion of some helpful developers. Not a huge update on the user side really, but I think it will prove very helpful in the long run of the app.

Scheduling is one of the most overlooked pain points in education. A smarter scheduling tool built specifically for teaching workflows could save teachers a surprising amount of administrative overhead each week.
I’m not as familiar with play store, I definitely need to look into that though!
1.7.6 - Universal Links
I have just sent the newest version of the app to the App Store and it is currently waiting for review! In this version universal links were implemented as a schedule share option. Basically what happens is an app user can share the link with either another app user, or a non-app user. App users should be redirected to the iSchedulEDU app and the schedule should import as long as they don’t already have a schedule by the same name as the shared schedule. Non-app users will be directed to my website that will display the shared schedule. I don’t know if links are allowed or work but if anyone wants to see an example of what the page looks like for a generated schedule I can try to share one in the comments.

Thank you for the feedback. I was actually afraid the ui needed polished a bit. But I’m no designer so I’m not sure how it should look lol.
UI polish and feature additions
Working to update the UI a bit and implement more sharing flexibility utilizing Universal Links.

Love the idea of helping teachers schedule!
Anything to help teachers is great in my book!
Nice product! We would love to see it on our product directory too: saashub.net
Awesome, I’ll look into it!
Such a helpful tool! Simplifying scheduling for teachers is a great idea. Love the focus on easing last-minute changes. Keep it up!
Thank you! I’m actually just submitting a new version to the App Store right now. It has some performance optimizations, polished a few things to bring them up to my liking since recent additions to the app and added some analytics stuff to the app :)
Interesting app! Four of my siblings teach in public schools so I'll be sure to share it with them!
Thank you, I hope it’s useful to them. The app is mostly designed for elementary teachers as they tend to have more freedom to come up with an alternate schedule following an interruption than middle or high school teachers (at least in my experience).
Thanks again :)
