nVariant is an early-stage product adoption platform focused on exploration intelligence and adoption signals - built for GTM and Product teams.
Today, product evaluation and early adoption happen through static pages, screenshots, videos, and sales-led demos. Even when interactive demos are used, most teams see only surface engagement, clicks and views, but not what actually happens inside someone’s exploration. The hesitation, confusion, and friction behind those clicks usually stay hidden.
nVariant is built to make that exploration layer easier to see and act on.
Teams can create interactive demos and guided exploration flows with nVariant, and also see how people actually move through them - step by step. That includes drop-offs, completion patterns, time spent, navigation paths, CTA actions, and full session timelines. You can move from overall trends to individual sessions and understand what really happened, not just summary numbers.
This kind of visibility helps GTM and Product teams spot intent signals earlier, improve demo and onboarding flows and make better adoption decisions based on real behavior instead of guesswork.
Over time, we plan to extend this beyond demos into other adoption touchpoints, like onboarding journeys, product updates, and in-flow feedback so exploration and adoption signals can connect into one continuous loop instead of staying scattered across tools.
We’re currently in beta and working closely with design partners who are using it in real workflows and shaping the product with direct, honest feedback.
