every redesign costs us quite some money, so we are not currently able to provide free trials
yeah sometimes some of these products don’t have a choice; we’ve been conditioned to want free things by all of these VC backed companies

For me, paying without even seeing a result does not work. There are many free tools that are designing the website for free. so as person who can code it's not much value without seeing any result. Hope this helps as good perspective. Cheers!
