About Personal finance diary
Modern web-based personal finance management platform designed to give users full control over their financial life in a simple, intuitive, and structured way. The core idea behind the project is to provide a clean and efficient environment where users can track income, expenses, and overall financial health without unnecessary complexity. The application allows users to create accounts, securely log in, and manage their financial data in real time. Once inside the dashboard, users can easily add transactions, categorize them, assign subcategories, and include detailed notes. Each transaction is stored in a structured database and instantly reflected across the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial tracking. One of the key features of finio.live is the ability to visualize financial data. The platform automatically calculates account balances and displays them in a clear overview, allowing users to understand their current financial position at a glance. In addition, a dynamic chart provides a timeline of account balance development, helping users identify trends and patterns in their financial behavior over time. The system supports multiple account types such as cash, bank accounts, and credit cards, making it flexible enough for everyday financial management. Users can also edit or delete transactions at any time, ensuring that their data remains accurate and relevant. Security and user management are also an important part of the platform. finio.live includes a full authentication system with registration, login, and session handling, ensuring that each user’s data is isolated and protected. The application communicates with a backend API, enabling reliable data storage and processing. The interface is designed with usability in mind. A clean layout, responsive design, and simple navigation make it accessible even for users with minimal technical experience. At the same time, the system is built in a modular way, allowing future expansion with advanced features such as financial analytics, budgeting tools, savings goals, or recurring transactions. Overall, finio.live aims to bridge the gap between simplicity and functionality. It is not just a transaction tracker, but a growing financial ecosystem that helps users understand their money, build better habits, and make more informed financial decisions.

Product Updates (11)
Launched today on Peerpush
I’m really happy that after a month, my project finio.live has finally been published among the other apps on peerpush.net. I’m continuously improving and updating the project, so you can definitely look forward to more new features and updates soon. Thanks to everyone who checked it out and supported it so far!

Charts module updated
I’ve updated the filtering options in the Charts module. The filter now comes with a cleaner and more intuitive design, and it’s now possible to filter records by the currency they were originally entered in. Another new addition is the ability to automatically convert records into a single currency using current exchange rates, making it much easier to view graphical summaries and overall statistics in one unified currency. I also redesigned the chart that displays the balance distribution across accounts. The previous donut chart has been replaced with a clearer and more readable visualization that makes comparing account balances much easier at a glance. I hope these improvements make working with charts in finio.live more comfortable and give you a better overview of your finances.

Transparent shared account
Based on an idea from one of our users, I added a new Transparency option for shared accounts. This means that when sharing an account with another user, the owner can decide whether the account should be transparent for that specific guest. I replaced the previous View option, because it is already implied that if an account is shared, it is visible to the guest. If the owner enables Transparency for a specific guest, that guest can then choose whether they want to include the shared account’s all transactions in their history, summaries, and graphs.

Need visible of the transactions of account owner. How to do it?
@basile Its not possible yet. Good idea, i will add this option into access rules. Update soon :)
@basile Its done :) Owned needs to setup shared account as "transparent" and guest can choose, if want to see all transactions or only self. Many thanks for the tip 🤗
@jankolar24 Perfect, so fast update :) Thank You
Do you have the AI included in future?
@jenayong not for now. I have another ideas, how to improve this app, but AI not in part of this.
@jankolar24 But you are using AI for develop, or?
@jenayong Yes, i do, but only for development. There are lot of manual things, which take me days to write, so i using AI, which is done in seconds, then chceck the code and in minutes is done. Much time spending
I think is a clear and practical finance management tool designed for everyday use. The interface feels clean, modern, and easy to understand, which makes tracking income, expenses, accounts, and financial goals straightforward. Like it.
Are you working on it only by yourself?
@jimmyjoe yes, its "one man show" 😅
@jankolar24 Then very nice job :)
Sounds good, will try it ;)
@makita Thank you, then let me know your findings 😇
Happy to publish my project here 😊
