HOW DOES IT WORK
The user adds some information about himself during the onboarding process such as height, weight, diet quality , stress levels, recovery possibility, max weights in squat, bench press and deadlift, weak points as well as an optional competition date. The AI will use this information to calculate optimal volumes, intensities, frequencies, periodization and exercise selection. Based on these calculations it will then generate a custom tailored training plan. The user can then train with the app and log his workouts, while the AI coach will continuously adjust the plan if necessary.
