We will more and more focus on preventing sick leave.
To accomplish that we will add two extra questions to our daily 20 sec in, and we will change the names of the mood themselves.
So the new 4 moods will be: "Happy" ,"Neutral", "Tense" and "Overwelmed".
The second question is about measuring your energy level like a battery from 0-100.
The third is about if you can/could/will accomplish your daily work.
With these three questions we will monitor your daily well being and prevent your sick leave.
Cooming soon!

PulseBoard introduces Confidential Adviser — a private, anonymous support system to help teams detect and address burnout safely.
🧠 Confidential Adviser: Anonymous Wellbeing Support
Today, we’re launching one of our most human updates yet.
Confidential Adviser brings private, anonymous wellbeing support directly into PulseBoard — helping teams take care of each other without compromising privacy.
💬 What It Does
Confidential Adviser lets designated team members (like HR, managers, or wellbeing coaches) offer support to colleagues who might be struggling — completely anonymously until the support is accepted.
If someone logs a “stressed” or “burnout” check-in, the system automatically creates a confidential support request. Advisers can then reach out through a secure, private channel.
No one else in the organization sees who the person is — not even admins.
🔐 How It Works
Anonymous by default: The team member stays anonymous until they choose to accept the adviser’s offer.
Smart triggers: Alerts are created after a burnout check-in or repeated stress signals.
Privacy-respecting flow: All conversations remain confidential and fully GDPR-compliant.
Multi-channel delivery: Support notifications appear in PulseBoard, Slack, and Microsoft Teams — wherever your team works.
🎯 Why It Matters
Mental health at work isn’t just about data — it’s about trust.
This feature gives people a safe way to ask for (or receive) help without fear of exposure or stigma.
🌍 Available Now
Confidential Adviser is included in PulseBoard v1.1.0 and available for all organizations starting today.
Admins can enable it via Organization Settings → Roles → Confidential Adviser.
