Job Demand-Control Analysis

Based on the Karasek Job Demand-Control Model, our analysis monitors workload pressure and autonomy to identify high-strain situations before they lead to long-term illness. 4-quadrant strain mapping (High Strain, Active, Passive, Low Strain) Calculates demand and control scores from daily check-ins Tracks consecutive days in high-strain situations Personalized insights and recommendations Early intervention alerts for managers Privacy-preserving anonymized team views We could do that because we changed slightly the 20sec with two other questions. Sick leave

We will more and more focus on preventing sick leave. To accomplish that we will add two extra questions to our daily 20 sec in, and we will change the names of the mood themselves. So the new 4 moods will be: "Happy" ,"Neutral", "Tense" and "Overwelmed". The second question is about measuring your energy level like a battery from 0-100. The third is about if you can/could/will accomplish your daily work. With these three questions we will monitor your daily well being and prevent your sick leave. Cooming soon!

Confidential Adviser brings private, anonymous wellbeing support directly into PulseBoard — helping teams take care of each other without compromising privacy. 💬 What It Does Confidential Adviser lets designated team members (like HR, managers, or wellbeing coaches) offer support to colleagues who might be struggling — completely anonymously until the support is accepted. If someone logs a “stressed” or “burnout” check-in, the system automatically creates a confidential support request. Advisers can then reach out through a secure, private channel. No one else in the organization sees who the person is — not even admins. 🔐 How It Works Anonymous by default: The team member stays anonymous until they choose to accept the adviser’s offer. Smart triggers: Alerts are created after a burnout check-in or repeated stress signals. Privacy-respecting flow: All conversations remain confidential and fully GDPR-compliant.
