TwitchStreaks is designed to help you keep your Twitch watch streaks alive. You can quickly find and watch recent VODs and Clips from your favorite streamers to ensure you never miss a beat. The platform simplifies the process of tracking and maintaining your engagement with the content creators you follow most.
** What it does (The "Streak Saver") **
It’s a dedicated dashboard designed for catching up.
The 24-Hour Scan: It instantly filters your followed channels and only shows you VODs and Clips generated in the last 24 hours.
The "Streak Timer": When you open a video, a built-in timer tracks your watch time. Once you hit the threshold (usually 10 minutes for most VODs), you get a nice green "Streak Saved" notification.
Pin Your Favorites: You can pin your "must-watch" streamers to the top so you never miss them.
Share Your Save: If you save a streak at the last minute, you can generate a cool "Streak Saved" image to share on Twitter/Discord to prove you were there.
** Privacy & Security (Important!) **
I built this as a client-side application.
No Database: I don't store your user data, your follows, or your watch history.
Your Browser is the Brain: Your "Pinned Streamers" and settings are saved in your own browser's Local Storage.
Direct Twitch Login: It uses the official Twitch Auth flow. I never see your password.
** What’s Coming Next? (The Roadmap) **
I’m currently treating this as an Open Beta, and I have some cool stuff planned:
Discord Integration: Get a DM when your favorite streamer posts content, so you don't have to check the site manually.
Public Profiles: A page (e.g., twitchstreaks.com/username) where you can show off your dedication and stats.
Cross-Device Sync: Optional cloud sync so your pinned streamers on PC show up on your Phone.
Community Leaderboards: See who really has the longest streak in a community.
