About excelmacros.net

I built this because I got tired of the same loop. You know the one. You are deep in a spreadsheet, you hit some annoying thing, blank rows everywhere, dates in six different formats, fifty CSVs that need to become one file, and you think "there must be a macro for this." Then you spend twenty minutes on Google, you land on some 2013 forum post with broken code, you paste it, it doesn't work, and you give up and do it by hand. Again. excelmacros.net is the thing I wished was there in all those moments. It is a small library of 52 Excel macros that actually work. On top, there is an AI finder. You type what you are trying to do in plain English, and it points you to the right one. No scrolling a giant list, no guessing which tool fits your case. Just describe the problem like you would tell a coworker, "remove blank rows", "split this sheet by region column", "find rows that don't match between two sheets", and it tells you which macro fits and why. Every tool is a normal .xlsm file. You download, open in Excel, run. That is the full flow. It works offline. Your data never leaves your machine. No account to create, no subscription, no "connect your workbook" step that makes IT people nervous. The finder queries are anonymous also, I don't want to know what is inside your spreadsheets, and I made sure I cannot. Few things I care about here: Every macro is small and does one thing. No 800-line mega tools that try to be a Swiss Army knife and become confusing. If you want to remove blank rows, you get a macro that removes blank rows. That is it. The "why this fits" line is there on purpose. I don't want you to download something blindly. The AI tells you what it understood from your query and why it picked this tool, so you can check before running it on your real data. It is built for people who live inside Excel but are not VBA developers, analysts, accountants, ops team, finance teams, founders doing their own books, basically anyone who opens a spreadsheet more than three times a week and keeps hitting the same wall. Library is 52 tools today and growing based on what people actually search. If you describe a problem and nothing fits, that is a signal for me. Those gaps are where the next macros come from. Try it with whatever Excel thing is annoying you this week. If it works, great. If not, tell me what you searched for, and I will probably build it.
