FieldWorks is an all-in-one platform for local service businesses to run jobs from the first customer request to final payment. There is no pay per lead trap and no monthly membership fee. Customers choose who they want to hire and send requests directly to your business, not blasted to competitors. You pay only when you get paid. How it works 1. A customer sends a request directly to your business with the services they need, notes, photos, and a preferred timeframe. 2. You can message the customer for details, or build a professional quote right away. 3. Quotes start with line items based on what the customer requested, and you can add more line items, tax, and scheduling details. 4. Choose a payment policy that fits the job: request a deposit as an amount or percentage, collect 100% upfront, or charge after completion. 5. The customer gets a notification in the app and can accept the quote or request changes if something is off. 6. After acceptance, you can schedule the job if it was not set on the quote and assign your team. 7. Team members get a job notification with a location link, team notes, and the services to perform. 8. Job status can be updated in the field from the Worker App or from the Admin Portal, and the customer gets progress notifications. 9. When the job is completed, the customer is notified to pay any remaining balance in the app and leave a rating.
