About Focus Companion

Modern work increasingly happens inside the browser, but the browser gives users very little feedback about how their attention is actually spent. Consistency is usually lost through small, repeated context switches: - one quick tab - one short video / music - one message thread - one forgotten work session Awareness often matters more than restriction. Focus Companion starts from that insight: if users can recognize their browsing habits, they can become more consistent without needing heavy handed blocking.
