Instead of showing you irrelevant positions, JSA uses LLMs and semantic vector search to match jobs that actually fit your resume and preferences. The Problem: Major platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed have terrible search despite huge resources. Search for "senior backend engineer" and you'll get frontend internships in the top results. They optimize for engagement, not relevance.
