Looks a bit complicated as there are just too many things to offer. But feels more polished and well thought out than AI generated slop.
I think the USP is this lets people send mass messages as well as communicate on a Chat from the same tool. Looks cool
Bot builder looks interesting. Tried something similar with Gupshup but they didn't had AI Agents within bot flow.
