About MAIG — Mobile AI Gateway

MAIG is the AI backend for your mobile app, so you don't have to build one yourself. Most developers hit the same walls when they try to ship AI on iOS or Android. Switching providers means touching app code, which means a new release and App Store review. Changing a prompt? Same problem. And without any logging, you're flying blind once you ship. MAIG was built to solve exactly those problems. Connect your OpenAI or Anthropic keys once. They live server-side, encrypted. Your app holds only a scoped project key. From the dashboard you can update prompts, switch providers, and adjust routing without touching app code. No release. No review. No waiting. There are native SDKs for both platforms. Swift with async/await and AsyncStream. Kotlin with coroutines and Flow. Both support streaming. You can have your first AI call running in about 15 minutes. Request logs give you latency, token counts, model, and status for every call. You know what your AI is doing and what it costs. Provider fallback means if OpenAI goes down, traffic routes to your fallback automatically. You still own your provider relationships. MAIG sits in the middle, handles the infrastructure, and stays out of your way. Feature list - Supports multiple AI providers - Encrypted AI provider key management - Named routes - Route rate limiting, quota restrictions, automatic retry, model fallback - Prompt versioning - Request logs - Analytics - Swift and Kotlin SDKs

Versioned Prompt Sets

Managing AI prompts across mobile apps has always meant shipping a new app version every time you want to tweak wording, adjust tone, or update instructions. MAIG's Prompt Management lets you define, version, and update prompts server-side — your app picks up changes automatically, no release required. - Create and manage named prompt sets from the dashboard - Prompts sync to the device and are cached locally — no network call at inference time - Only changed prompts are downloaded on each sync - Variable substitution with {{VARIABLE}} placeholders - Semantic versioning — adding a new variable bumps the major version, all other edits are minor - View version history and activate any past version from the dashboard - Pin your SDK to a major version to control when your app receives breaking changes

Neat approach to bringing multi-provider AI routing to mobile. Swift and Kotlin SDKs make adoption really smooth for native devs.
