The Proactive Chat feature is interesting. Does it use page scroll depth or time-on-page to trigger, or is it purely URL-based pattern matching?

How well does the AI engage user, is it just Answering bot ?
@teamfeedmefootball Far from it really, We have a proprietary engagement mechanism we call "Proactive chat", It engages user by looking up their browsing pattern and the page they are on to pop up a bubble with a relevant question

@teamfeedmefootball Yes, and we've found it garner remarkable response, upto 300% of increase in engagement by giving user the final nudge. One of the cases where users engaged with a self assessment form more then they had without it!

Went through the comments, this looks solid! A huge amount of my staff's time goes into resolving repeat queries that are available right on the page but users find difficult navigating. Can we lay them out for them in-chat ?
@diraiahdev Yes we have something called "FAQs", do check it out on the screenshots, You may add as many queries as needed and pin them right on top for users to retreive pre-filled answers. Moreover, AI helps immensely on this too

I see you have something called "User Persona" i your inbox screenshot. I have a use case where I'd like to define the persona myself, so AI should actually focus towards getting those info from the chat but subtly without explicitly asking

I am a little skeptical about the security, do you have a self hosted version ? I would not like to have my chat go through your platform since our industry is healthcare and require strict HIPPA compliance
