Studiamo.app A language learning companion born from the intersection of coding and learning My name is Paolo, and as a language learner, I've often found myself wondering: "Where am I in this journey? What are my strengths? Am I actually getting closer to fluency—or just spinning my wheels?" There were apps that taught vocabulary, tools that helped me practice, and plenty of videos to watch. But what I was missing was a sense of direction—a way to track my progress, reflect on what's working, and adapt over time. As a life-long coder, I'm used to working in agile teams. Each week we set goals, reflect on what's working, challenge our assumptions, and iterate. We don't just ask "Did we work hard?"—we ask "Are we doing the right work?" That mindset changed how I thought about learning, too. So I built Studiamo. Studiamo is a language learning companion designed to help you stay consistent, stay motivated, and build a learning plan that actually works for you. It doesn't teach you the language—it helps you understand how you're learning, and how to do it better. We've taken ideas from agile methodologies— retrospectives, weekly goals, lightweight tracking—and brought them into the world of language learning. And we've done it with simplicity in mind. Just enough structure to be helpful, without becoming another task. You even get a Coach to help you stay on track.
