Looks like a super clean AI chatbot solution! Quick question - how customizable are the chat interfaces for different brand styles? Seems like a great tool for small businesses.
I think you should also give an option to customers to just upload their data, and you do the processing of the documents, and converting to csv, because even converting their existing documents, to csv , is also a chore to users.
Good suggestion 👌 giving users an upload option and handling the doc → CSV conversion ourselves would remove extra steps and improve the experience.
