About VenturOS

VenturOS is a venture execution operating system that gives founders a coordinated team of AI executives — not a single assistant, but a full bench of specialists that work together inside one dashboard. **The team.** When you sign up, you get seven AI executives and a Chief of Staff. Each has a defined role: Venos (Chief of Staff) runs your week and coordinates the team. Cole (COO) handles operations and 90-day planning. Ren (CTO) owns architecture, repo intelligence, and technical decisions. Lyra (CPO) writes PRDs with acceptance criteria and prioritizes backlogs using RICE. Vivi (CMO) produces launch copy, positioning, and brand work. Rio (CGO) runs growth — PMF diagnostics, distribution sequencing, retention playbooks. Cato (Mentor) pressure-tests your thinking and asks the questions you're avoiding. The founder sits at the top as CEO. The team reports to them through Venos. **The Venture Map.** This is the core interface — a phased journey from idea to scale. It starts with the Define phase (8 cards: The Idea, Venture Name, Founder Profile, Product Vision, Target Audience, Web Presence, Competitive Landscape, and Idea Assessment Brief). Each card is owned by a specific executive. As you complete cards, the system builds institutional context — every answer compounds into a shared product context that all executives reference. Phases gate forward: you can't open Validate until Define is done. This prevents founders from jumping ahead without doing the foundational work. **How it works.** You interact through a chat interface with any executive. Venos runs the onboarding — asking about your idea, team, vision, target audience, and website. Other executives jump in when their domain is relevant (the CMO handles web presence, the COO handles competitive landscape). As cards complete, the system produces deliverables: the Competitive Context Brief synthesizes your competitive positioning, the Idea Assessment Brief pulls together everything from Define into a single strategic document. These aren't summaries — they're structured briefs with sections, tensions, unknowns, and next steps. **Bounded autonomy.** The executives execute, but the founder stays in control. The system produces drafts, plans, and briefs — not final decisions. Every phase has kill criteria before the next one opens. The founder reviews, confirms, and directs. This is the design principle the team calls "bounded autonomy": the AI runs meaningful work, but the human owns the business. **The product context layer.** Unlike ChatGPT or other AI tools where every conversation starts from zero, VenturOS maintains a persistent, shared context across all executives. When Rio writes a growth plan, it references the same product vision Lyra used for the PRD, the same competitive landscape Cole analyzed, and the same audience segments Vivi is writing copy for. This is the "operating system" part — it's not seven separate chatbots, it's one coordinated team working from a single source of truth. **What it produces.** Twenty-plus deliverable types across phases: architecture direction, PRDs, competitive briefs, idea assessments, 30-day growth plans, launch copy, distribution sequencing, operating plans, weekly priorities, decision memos, monetization sanity checks, and more. Each deliverable is grounded in the founder's actual context — their repo, their website, their market, their stated goals. **Who it's for.** Three segments: vibe coders and solopreneurs who've built something but need operational and marketing support; aspiring founders transitioning from ideas to execution who lack an executive bench; and lean startups under five people who need specialist competencies they can't yet afford to hire. **The positioning.** VenturOS frames itself against what it calls "the Soup" — the status quo where founders stitch together ChatGPT + Canva + Clay + CapCut + a dozen other tools and still do everything themselves. VenturOS replaces that fragmented stack with a single operating layer. The tagline: "We run the work. You own the business."
